Phew! I completely missed the 2016. This time last year, I was a first time mom who was so overwhelmed that I didn't know to pick up my life. Suddenly it was just all about the little one. I couldn't even pick up a book to unwind to save my life. So for this post I will include those from 2016 who then, really made my year and of course all through 2017.
1. Mama
You visiting here and meeting Olivia is the best gift ever. No words can ever describe how I felt when you two first met and likewise no thank you is ever enough to recount how much gratitude I have for you. You have helped me more than you'll ever know.
2. Conchita "Nanay" Sumagaysay
Thank you for loving Mama beyond anything. For having an expanding heart that loved me, my sisters, my cousins and even your great grand kids. You are a testament of how a mother’s love will endure. It is a regret that you and Olivia have never got to meet. May you are in forever peace.
3. Joey Bernabe
I wished we got to work together longer. But just like we said we might not be co-workers anymore, we are friends. You are so calm and collected. It was roller coaster ride but at least I get to keep you.
4. Sue Lin
Nothing compares to living beside each other. For sharing motherhood with me and for lending a helping hand on desperate times especially with childcare, you are a star. =) Thank you for always having our back. You and your kiddos make a change of fun.
5. Elizabeth Tarczynska

Well it was an interesting time. It's a welcome having an extra pair of hand in our department. What a relief to know that somebody is around when one has to go. You are a strong person and you know what you deserve. Thank you for keeping the place together.

One of the most hardworking person I know. Thanks for bringing sunshine to work. It is pleasure working with you and may you never lose the drive to learn. Having you on the team is one of the best decision the department has ever made.

You are Godsend to us. I don't know how we would've cope if not for you. Thank you for being so accommodating and understanding. Having somebody we trust to help us and be entrusted with our life's worth is hard to come by. We are lucky to have you

Dearest Pam, I admire your honesty and sincerity. Your friendship is so refreshing and your thoughtfulness is boundless. I wish I had half of your courage. Thank you for your friendship and for loving Olivia. Cheers to good time and loads of coffee time.

Journeying in this motherhood with you has been a blast. For those long conversation and bouncing of ideas when we were both grappling on what to do. You have been a strong woman and Jasmine is so lucky to have you. Hope we get to catch up more soon.
